30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it

  • unused and unopened

  • in its original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

  • a free return shipping label, where applicable; and

  • instructions on how and where to send your package

Please do not send your item back to our registered company or business address.

As we work with fulfilment and logistics partners, returns must be sent only to the return address provided by our support team. Returns sent to any other address, including our registered business address, may not be accepted or processed.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Free Returns

We offer free returns on eligible items that meet the conditions in this policy.

Damages, Faulty Items or Wrong Items

  • you receive the wrong item

Non-Returnable Items

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened for health, hygiene, or safety reasons

  • custom or personalised products

  • digital products, downloads, or software where access has already been provided

  • gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The quickest way to get a different item is to request a return for the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

UK and European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered to the United Kingdom or a country in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without needing to provide justification.

To qualify, the item should be:

  • in its original condition

  • unused, except for any handling reasonably necessary to inspect the item

  • in its original packaging where possible

  • accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation

Please note that, in line with applicable law, this right may not apply to certain items, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened for health, hygiene, or safety reasons, custom or personalised products, and digital products where access has already been provided.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, card provider, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
